Ready for spring already? Skip over to The Shops at Liberty Place for the PHS indoor pop-up garden. Leading up to the annual Philadelphia Flower Show hosted by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, the pop-garden will feature blooming plants and serve craft beer. There will be a special OpenArts College Night on Thursday, March 5 with a live band, movies and giveaways. Tickets for college night are $21, which includes Flower Show admission.
