With the arrival of fall comes brisk weather, leaves changing colors, cozy sweaters, bonfires, and the excitement over pumpkin flavored things! With so many options, here are a few suggestions! Let the battle of the pumpkin flavored things begin.

Pumpkin Muffin from The Chat or Pumpkin Pancakes from Village Diner in Keswick? You may be tempted to grab that pumpkin muffin from the Chat for breakfast, but think again. The muffin may not fulfill your pumpkin craving. It’s soggy and tastes more like cinnamon than pumpkin. It’s totally not worth your precious Chat points. Instead, head on over to The Village Diner in Keswick for breakfast. They have two huge pumpkin pancakes on special (limited time only!) which will meet all your pumpkin needs. They melt in your mouth, are super filling and you can smell them as soon as they leave the kitchen! They’ll definitely leave you wanting more!

Pumpkin Spice Latte or Pumpkin Spice Coffee from Dunkin Donuts?

Pumpkin Flavored coffee is all the rage right now. After hearing all the buzz about it, you know you want to try if you haven’t already. It’s virtually everywhere, but Dunkin Donuts has some of the best pumpkin flavored variety. When faced with so many options, such as Pumpkin Mocha and Pumpkin White Chocolate, it can be hard to choose what to order. Whether it’s iced or hot,  the Pumpkin Spice coffee is the way to go. The flavors in the coffee were much stronger than those in the latte, and the pumpkin flavor shined through. The latte was watery and almost flavorless, and not worth the investment. The spice flavor will be sure to satisfy your taste buds, all the while getting your caffeine fix!

Pumpkin Pie Blizzard from Dairy Queen or  Pumpkin Cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory?

Tired of the traditional pumpkin pie and want something different? The Pumpkin Pie Blizzard from Dairy Queen may not be the best option for you. It’s a good concept, but it’s mixed unevenly with vanilla soft serve, which makes it lack flavor. The crunchy cinnamon graham cracker pieces make up for it, but overall, it’s not that good. You could go the extra mile, however and try the “world famous” pumpkin cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory! It’s rich, smooth and tastes like a creamy slice of pumpkin pie with a twist! Get it while you can!
