Dog Days; those precious summer days that feel like they’ll last forever, yet fly by at the same time. The days spent on the couch binging your favorite shows, working hard to pay tuition bills, or soaking up the sunlight before the change of seasons eventually forces you indoors.
Jewel and I are so proud to have already completed our first Loco issue as editors in chief and can’t wait to start running the mag with the full team once the school year really kicks into gear. To everyone who contributed to the making of this special summer edition, thank you! It is your commitment to the mag that keeps us going and we couldn’t be more grateful.
There’s some truly great stuff in this issue too! I may have had trouble motivating myself to write an article for this issue, but clearly the rest of the staff didn’t! If you’re a cinephile, Jewel’s review of Barbenheimer should pique your interest. A fan of childhood cartoons? Belle’s piece ranking the best cartoon boy bands is right up your alley. And of course an issue titled ‘Dog Days’ wouldn’t be complete without a slideshow of all of our contributor’s pets!
