We all know what this photo gallery is about. You’ve seen the signs, the wall decals, the Pinterest crafts with Live, Laugh, Love in curly script font. They’re in every white, suburban mom’s home, and they’re not going anywhere.
It’s almost like a glitch in the Matrix, how we see these signs literally everywhere and so often we’ve become immune to them. They do not register in our minds anymore. We don’t take their advice into consideration, and when we do read them, we become enraged. It’s insulting that an inanimate object can mock us so, especially in These Times of a global pandemic. But now is the time to embrace them. As shockingly ever-present as these daily reminders are, it’s time to listen to them. So to all of you who have not been living, laughing, and loving lately, here are some ways to remember the phrase.
In your home.
On the beach.
On some jars.
With some shelves that can’t be used for anything bigger than a small vase.
For the REST OF YOUR LIFE.
Step on it.
Sleep with it.
Drink from it (in different fonts.)
On an artsy frame!
Make it brighter.
… or darker.
Shower with it.
Eat from it.
Smell like it.
Go crazy and rebel with it.
Regardless, just remember it’s always there.
