Some days, it’s hard to be thankful. There are things that happen to us that we could not be less grateful for, or maybe we have a lot of different experiences and nothing at all to show for it. Sometimes, the best part of our days come from the “nothing” of it all. Our staff wanted to take some of those moments this November and say “Thanks For Nothin’.”

Our 46th issue is one you don’t want to miss. All of this thanking and nothingness has made for some awesome content, and we’re so excited to share it with you. In my time as Editor in Chief here at LocoMag, there have been some really incredible pieces, but this issue really contains some of my favorites from a staff that worked incredibly hard to put them together. I know I can’t wait for you all to see it.

Ben’s moving tribute to deceased Hall of Fame pitcher Roy Halladay is a highlight of our entertainment section. Shannon’s open letter to all the baby boomers out there is a timely and fun read that you won’t want to miss. Allie and Allora sat down to wax poetic about Harry Styles and thank him for ruining their lives.

There’s so much more that you won’t want to miss, and keep checking back throughout the week and look out for Rosa’s indictment of Molly, the worst American Girl doll, Alura’s thoughts on Thanksgiving, and a special collaborative podcast featuring an interview Allie and I did with activist David Hogg.

I’d end this by saying “thanks for nothin’,” or I would find some kind of punny way to make it fit here, but I do want to say thank you. Thanks to this staff (and our fearless leader Michael) that has produced some incredible content and made our little mag so worth it to help lead. Thanks for letting me be part of it, and, as always, thanks for reading (and watching and listening. You get it. Don’t make a big deal out of it.)
