What do you get when you combine LGBTQ+ history, Halloween, and fashion? Loco Mag’s 53rd Issue “Out of the Closet”! The weather is getting colder, so fall fashion is at it’s peak. Halloween is in a less than a week, and National Coming Out Day was earlier this month. The staff here at Loco Mag wanted a way to write about all these things, and that’s exactly what you’ll find in this issue.

Always looking for more gay content? Taylor has compiled some coming out stories from different members of the LGBTQ+ community. Stefano gives us a review of his experience at a Drive-In Drag show. Akira writes about the unnecessary gendering of clothing, and how people should be able to wear whatever they want. And this issue’s Spotify playlist features only queer songs, so you’ll definitely want to give that a listen.

Looking for more spooky articles? Go read Sophia’s feature detailing the history of ghosts in America, or Bryce’s review of some horror movies! If fashion is more your speed, lucky for you Kenzie is back with another installation of Triple B, this time about featuring some thrifting finds.

The staff (and some outside writers!) have created some fantastic pieces for your reading and viewing pleasure. I hope you enjoy Out of the Closet as much as we enjoyed creating it.
