What a time for welcomes: a new semester, new editor-in-chiefs, new staff members. We’ve all been busy getting acclimated to our new colleagues and roles here at Loco Mag. To take some of the load off the transition, we decided to start off with a little bit of fun. With this we present issue #72: Welcome to Flavortown.
In true Guy Fieri fashion, we did a deep dive into anything and everything for this issue. From Ethan and Jonah’s wingstop sauce review and Reilly’s quest for the best chicken sandwich, to Dakota’s Yellowjackets rundown or Natalie’s climate change call-to-action. We’ve even welcomed back some iconic familiar faces — with Ryan’s poetic introspection on his own coffee habits and Belle’s ride through loneliness with the help of Mitski. With so many articles to choose from, this issue has something to suit everyone’s tastes.
