You know what sounded better in my head? Graduating and leaving Loco Mag behind.

In all seriousness, though, I will really miss being around all of the wonderful people I’ve met through my time as part of this publication. The two years I’ve spent on this staff have made for some of the most memorable experiences of my time as a college student, and I am so grateful for my decision to join during my sophomore year.

Through all of the ebbs and flows, I think this has been one of the most valuable courses I’ve taken, and the fact that I’ve had the opportunity to take it multiple times has been a bonus. If you enjoyed being part of the Loco Mag staff and want to take part in the future of the publication, you should absolutely do so.

On to the real meat and potatoes of this post—for this issue, we all considered inside thoughts, words that typically should not leave the confines of our minds. Keuther took us through some terrible pick-up lines, Cassie discussed the process of choosing her senior thesis project, and Hunter talked about his passion for model trains.

There are a lot of great articles that were submitted for this issue, and I hope you’ll take the time to give them a read. Please enjoy our 91st issue, “That Sounded Better in My Head!”
